Leaving Checklist

Always try and have the originals or if that is not possible, then at least copies of the following for you and your children:

• Passports and/or other identification papers
• Social security cards
• Visas/Immigration documents
• Birth certificates
• Marriage certificates
• Copies of Police Records if any
• Divorce and Custody papers
• Lease or house deed
• Insurance Papers
• Childrens school records
• Medical records
• Bank statements
• Your Credit cards
• Keys for the house/work
• Medications
• Childrens favorite toys, blankets
• Pictures and other items of sentimental value
